Reservations and Payment:
- Reservations must be made in advance with the hotel.
- The hotel will collect a deposit at the time reservations are made to guarantee the package.
- Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Hotels will ask golfers for tee time and course preferences then call courses to confirm times. Hotels will then confirm package details with customers.
- Hotels will issue vouchers to golfers which must be redeemed at the course in order to play.
Cancellations and Changes:
- Full and Partial Cancellations must be made 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
- This includes keeping hotel updated on the number of people in your party.
- For packages booked less than 30 days in advance, customers must provide 2 days cancellation notice. No refund within 2 days.
- If proper notice is not received by hotel, no refund will be issued. Cancellation notification must be made to the hotel.
- If golfers do notify of cancellations within the 2 day limit but before the actual tee time, course will issue gift certificate for equivalent value, but not a refund.
- Hotels reserve the right to charge a $10.00 change fee if major changes are made AFTER the signed confirmation is returned.
Rain checks:
- In case of inclement weather, golfers will be issued rain checks with no expiration dates.
- It is the golfer’s responsibility to exchange the hotel’s voucher for golf with the appropriate golf course(s).
- No hotel refunds will be issued.
